TSA - TERMS OF SALE
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") are entered into by and between You ("Customer", "you", or "your") and The Shoot Academy ("Company", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern your purchase of digital courses and related materials ("Courses") from www.theshootacademy.com ("Website"). By purchasing a Course from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase a Course.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Courses are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a Course, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1.2. You confirm that you are contracting as a business or individual and understand that consumer rights protections, such as a cooling-off period, may not apply.
1.3 The Courses offered by The Shoot Academy are designed for private, non-commercial use only. While individuals and businesses may purchase these courses, the content is intended to be applied in a private context and is not specifically tailored for commercial property management or commercial use. By purchasing and using our Courses, you acknowledge that the materials have been developed primarily for personal enrichment, educational purposes, and non-commercial application. Any commercial use of the Courses without express written consent from The Shoot Academy is prohibited.
2. Purchase and Payment
2.1. Prices for the Courses are as displayed on the Website. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the Website.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to change the prices of Courses at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
2.4. We will issue an invoice automatically following each purchase of our Courses. If you require an additional copy or have any specific invoice-related requests, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
2.5 International Sales and Taxes: Prices for the Courses are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. For customers outside the United Kingdom, additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply based on your local laws. You are responsible for any such taxes or duties that may be imposed by your local jurisdiction on purchases from The Shoot Academy Ltd.
3. Access to Courses
3.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course materials. Access details will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process.
3.2. Access to the Course is personal to you and may not be shared with others. You agree not to share your login credentials or grant access to the Course to any other person.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Course materials and any service or content provided through the Website without notice.
4. Licence and Use
4.1. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.2. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from any Course materials without the express written consent of the Company.
4.3. All content, descriptions, and illustrations provided in the Courses are intended to give a general idea of the Course content and do not form part of the Contract.
4.4 No Sharing of Content: The access to and use of the Course materials is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, or transmit the Course materials to others, whether for free or for payment, without the express written consent of The Shoot Academy Ltd. Any unauthorised sharing or reproduction of the Course materials may result in the termination of your access to the Course without a refund and may also result in legal action.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase ("Cooling-Off Period") without giving any reason, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded the Course materials.
5.2. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing before the end of the Cooling-Off Period. We will then refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
5.3. By purchasing a Course, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel and receive a refund within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period will be waived as soon as you access or download any of the Course materials. Once you have accessed or downloaded the Course materials, you forfeit your right to cancel the purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and no refunds will be provided.
5.4. Refunds for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded will only be provided if the Course is faulty or not as described.
5.5. In the event of a refund, your license to use the Course materials will be immediately terminated, and you must cease all use of the materials and delete any copies.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All Course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing and accessing the Course materials.
6.3. The Company name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
7. No Guarantees
7.1. The Company makes no guarantees as to the results you may achieve from taking the Course. Your success depends on various factors, including your effort, skills, and experience. The Courses and any related materials provided by the Company are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any decisions based on the information provided in the Courses.
7.2. Any testimonials or examples provided on the Website are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
7.3. The Company provides educational and informational resources and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the Courses.
8.2. The Company's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the Courses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Course.
8.3. The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or governmental action.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
10.2. Your continued use of the Website or Courses after any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

15.1. The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
